Pilot Scheme on Residential Care Service Voucher (RCSV)
The Social Welfare Department (SWD) will implement the Pilot Scheme on Residential Care Service Voucher for the Elderly in three phases with a total of 3000 vouchers to be issued within a period of three years by five batches with a specified quota.
SWD will upload the details on the Pilot Scheme on RCSV in due course.
