Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) Scheme for the Elderly
The CCSV Scheme was made permanent on 1 September 2023. The number of vouchers will be increased from 12 000 at present to 16 000 in 2026-27. The scope of the CCSV Scheme has been extended to include rental of assistive technology products so as to enhance the quality of life of the elderly and relieve the stress of the carers.
